Agaricus or aminita?

I spotted a large number of mushrooms with a veil that made them appear as though they had two caps. This specimen is a smaller one. Many were 4 to 5 inch in diameter.

I assume this is a toxic mushroom. The only photo I've found that closely approximates it is the Agaricus hondensis.

Any other identification?

Sure looks like some kind of Agaricus, what's the cap look like on the older specimens?

looks like an amanita to me. Do a spore print please.
Brownish=Agaricus
White=Amanita

Spore Print was white. The gills were pink or rose color and turned to grey after 24 hrs.

The larger specimens I will photgraph and post tomorrow.
