We spotted several fruitings of these today. Growing in clumps, saprobic, bright yellow as the photos suggests, with a pleasant, sharp citrus odor.....trying to print now. Not honeys.

Yes to both questions. I have them home here and just tasted one. Bitterness not noticeable at first, but within a few seconds increases.

I'm going to try and coax a print. I cut this one in half lengthwise to see if I could separate the partial veil from the margin. Easily done, so I used a whole cap. The cap, stipe removed:

veil cut away from margin exposing the lamellae. They look to be attached and slightly decurrent as is gyms:

removed the excess stem and trimmed the margin away to further expose the gills. We'll see if it prints.

spore print results. With patience, even an immature button will print.

That was a beautiful mushroom. I've never seen one like that.
