I found out last night my Brother-in-Law is in the hospital out in Utah. Very ill with Pneumonia that has turned septic. It's gone through his whole body. He could sure use some prayers about now. He's a really good guy. The world needs more like him.

Sue,

Your brother-in-law is in my prayers as well. Pneumonia is rough "row to hoe". I hope and pray he begins to breath easier soon and the doctors can get the poison out of his system.

His name is Ricky Mayhew. They put him into an induced coma and are in the process of weaning the meds that kept him under. Started responding a little yesterday and is on a ventilator. The doctors are talking about going in with Laporoscope to remove a pocket of infection around his lung. Just keep hoping he pulls through this . His mother is 79. She flew out with a daughter to be by his side. I'm sure she is pretty exhausted since she won't leave his side. Thank you for all your prayers!

I was just informed earlier today he's making progress. He has a long way to go but is showing some improvement.He is recognizing his mom and sis starting yesterday. Which is a huge step compared to 2 days ago. Thank you everyone for your prayers.

Just heard to day Ricky will be released from the hospital in the next day or two. He's recovering very fast now. Thank you so very much for all your prayers and thoughts!!! About the same time I first posted on this subject is when he first made a turn for the good. Coincidence?
