Icon16 2 Ingredient Biscuits! Easiest Ever.

Two ingredient Biscuits

2 cups "SELF RISING" flour
1 cup heavy whipping cream
Mix the ingredients together and knead the dough 10 times
***You can baste the tops with milk or butter so they brown better*** BEFORE you put them in the oven***
Bake @ 450 F for 10 to 12 minutes (I bake mine 15 to 17 minutes)

If you don't have Self Rising Flour, then you can make your own, with 2 cups of AP Flour, 3 teaspoons of Baking Powder, and 1 teaspoon of salt.
Make sure to mix it very well before proceeding with the rest of the recipe.
Of course if you make your own self rising flour, it then becomes a 4 ingredient biscuit recipe. LOL

Make sure you don't use old baking powder.

Here is a couple of video's on making them.

Here are pics from tonight to show you what your dough will look like.
It doesn't look like any other biscuit mix I've ever used. Very stiff and dry looking. You will never be able to form a ball with just the fork or spoon. Use your hand ot squeeze it in a ball before kneading.

It's had to roll out because it is so stiff. Don't worry. It will work.

After mixing. fork standing up in bowl.

I didn't bother to brush tops with milk or butter.
