They have a flavor all their own. I have enjoyed them as the main ingredient in soup or just fried. It is recommended to peel off the sticky layer of the caps which can be quite time consuming. I find that a paper towel works best. The stems aren't much value either. Stan, you are smart to learn the bad mushrooms as well as the edibles. Please folks, just take your time and be very careful. They don't call them "DEADLY" galerinas for nothing!
