Yeah...I gotta have it deviened, even if I do it myself. Just like my mushrooms and garden vegetables....need to be bug-free. Kinda funny about my protein intake that way Eating gritty shrimp might turn me off on it altogether.
I do prefer fresh and raw shrimp. It just makes for quick and easy cooking already done, but does lack the better taste, I agree.
Will definitely try this one tho, as recommended, with raw.
