Hello
My name is Teresa. I've never been to Michigan. In fact never been east of the Rockies:) however I am an avid mushroom hunter (yes Hunter! This is serious stuff). Around here central Idaho is the place for morels. Especially around short needle pines. They don't seem to like long needle pines like ponderosas. An excellent rule for Idaho seems to be go where and when the trilliums bloom. I went out for the day yesterday and came away with 6 lbs of black and grays, only a couple small blondes. It was a great day and I was only a little sore after it was all said and done. Will post pics if I'm allowed and can figure out how (not a techno geek at all!). Thanks for letting me brag a little. ![]() ![]() :grin :![]() ![]()
