Found some neat shrooms

I found these today. They are smooth looking and to me they resembled puff balls in a way because they really didn't have a cap that I noticed.

Found some honeys too I think.......what is the easiest way to tell a honey from a gallerina or other shrooms?

I saw that Miker said that honeys' gills will always be white until they are too old to eat and Galerina will always be brown?

Ranger... off the cuff I agree... those are a type of puff ball. Take a good long look at them...

As far as easiest way to tell two apart... check this out: Honey vs Galerina

Here is a comparative picture I took myself... and these were growing relatively close...

The main key is color of the gills... Galerina are generally light to medium brown and Honey's are white. These pictures... on the left, Galerina, on the right, a Honey. I've seen honey's that have a cap that is nearly identical in color to the Galerina in this picture so that is a poor tool to rely on in my own opinion.
