Phyloporus Rhodoxanthus???

Found these today in the yard (grass). The gills are huge but are caramel colored not yellow. The stems are pretty wormy.

I don't even have a stab at an ID for you right now. someone else probably will.
Definitely not P. rhodoxanthus though. Sorry.
P rhodoxanthus has gills that are attached and run down the stem a little.

Thanks jhorn, yeah I saw that the gills on the yellow gilled ones are attached and do run down the stems..... that's why these went in the trash. Just thought I get some info on them. Thanks again, Bill
