Way to go Rex!!
Glad you are getting them a little earlier this year!
Are those from the sand dunes area?

Hey there Rex!! Long time no chat! Great finds there! Say, I've found what I thought were fiddleheads, but they had a thin fuzzy skin on the outside of them that we had to remove before cooking. Now, don't tell me, we had the wrong fern or something. My husband ate a ton of them, and lived to hunt again! lol Let me know your thoughts on that one.
Thanks!!

Nope, you got the right ones princess. That fuzzy skin is one of the keys in identifing fiddleheads.
