My "little" one from Sunday

Well, went out on Sunday and only found one "little" one. Didn't look too long though. Had to meet my wife, sister, and brother-in-law for dinner, so it was only a 10 minute walk in a previously good spot for me.

First picture is the Hen on the stove top pre-cleaning.

Second picture is the Hen in the pan before cooking it down(the whole thing)

Third picture is the Hen sauteing in a little butter getting ready for the freezer. Can you smell it?

LOL! You caught me, Leonard! Actually, I was just partially sauteing them before packaging and putting them to bed in the freezer until a dark and snowy night. But, when they come back out...Onion and garlic powder! Just a tad of the garlic powder. That is if they are going over nice fat Porterhouse steaks!
