Penne alla Arrabbiatta

Here is another one from Italy. I got these from my cousins neighbor. A very nice old lady who's name now escapes me. She taught a cooking class and one afternoon she showed me a few recipes and I was smart enough to write them down.

16 oz package of penne
1 large can italian tomatos (peeled, whole)
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 cup olive oil
6-7 stalks parsley (chopped)
5-6 hot red peppers (minced)
1 large onion (diced)

Over medium heat, saute onions and garlic in olive oil until tender.
Mash tomatos with a fork and add. Salt and pepper to taste. Simmer 15 minutes.
Cook penne - drain- toss sauce together with pasta and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
