I took my dogs for a walk today and lookie what I came across. I think it was like four pounds. I was sick during morel picking so I feel pretty lucky. Now if I could figure out how to store them. Any ideas?

Re: Oysters

I store mine in smaller freezer bags filled with water. I clean them and cut them up into smaller slices for cooking and then freeze them. I've also half fried them and frozen them as well.
