Chanterelle?

I found this in southern Indiana this week. I am new to looking for anything other than morels. I would also like to know a good reference book to invest in. Thanks so much!

Here are more that I found the same day. I think the antler like one is the same some of you were talking about in another post. The woods were full of mushrooms I've never noticed before, or maybe it was a good woods for fungi.

One of the neat features that makes chantrels really stand out is their lack of true gills. They have what amounts to folds or ridges that look similar to gills. If you had a similar mushroom with true gills next to a chant for comparison you'd know exactly what I mean. Pretty clear. A good deal of research will help you see the other differences. You're on the right track - keep it up.
