Honeys ???

I came across these growing in clusters and was wondering if they are honeys. I have pick honeys many times before but these were not as golden?

Re: Honeys ???

The middle pic looks like honeys, but I'm not sure of the other two pics.

Man, be careful with those. If the middle picture is what you foraged from the other photos, then you are likely okay.

This is one you don't want to mess around with. Get spore prints (should be white, not brown/rusty). Mix in one galerina with your honey meal and you get a place on the liver transplant list!

Re: Honeys ???

All Three pictures are of the same group. But I think I am going to pass on these. They just where not picked from what I feel is a familiar setting for honeys which is at stumps. These where found near a stream and swamp area. Plus they are all buttons and hard to tell. Even the open ones have very small caps and they are not the golden color that I am use to seeing. Thanks for your help. I am almost certain they are honeys. But you know the story " when in dought, through them out".
