Isn't it ironic?

The food stamp program, part of the Department of Agriculture, is pleased to be distributing the greatest amount of food stamps ever.

Meanwhile, the Park Service, also part of the Department of Agriculture, asks us to "Please Do Not Feed the Animals" because the animals may grow dependent and not learn to take care of themselves.

Thumbs down Re: Isn't it ironic?

Believe me, If the animals could vote they would change that rule.
More dependents equals more votes.

Good thing ignorant people like yourselves are educated to know what you are talking about. Jokes on you. Now we will probably see the real educated side of you while you try to make yourself look intelligent with your ignorant words.

Evil is the presence of neophytes who learn through osmosis.

Re: Isn't it ironic?

Love it.

Here's another:

Some American food producers have two crops. One grown from foods altered by genetically modified organisms (GMO's) and one that isn't. The GMO's are sold to Americans. Europe refuses the GMO's, hence the second crop, and their cancer rate is dramatically lower than ours.

We are poisoning ourselves and yet we complain about the imports from Asia.

The irony exists only so long as one is willing to make no moral or ethical distinctions between how we treat wild animals and how we treat human beings. Some are willing to do so and others are not.
