I've only ever found one mushroom setting on the couch!
And that was a morel that rolled under the coffee table when I was cleaning them!

me too. the younger they are the less chance they have of being infested by maggots. ALWAYS slice your oysters across the stem and look for pin holes in the shrooms. if there are pin holes... toss em! full of maggots! if there are no pin holes... enjoy :)
