I've only ever found one mushroom setting on the couch!
And that was a morel that rolled under the coffee table when I was cleaning them!

This one is a first for me and I hope I find many more. I sauted some up in butter and I'll use the rest for Beef Stroganoff tomorrow. Very good texture and taste. An excellent noodle substitute .

Nice find jack! Can't say I've found sparassis crisps or griffola umbellata. Cool find and let us know how it turns out

The final product Sprasassis Beef Stroganoff. I will highly recommend this if anyone finds one.
