Sparassis Beef Stroganoff

I just cook Beef & Sparassis and Onion & Garlic in Beef Broth. ( I like Campbell's ) or the ole standby, Orrington Farms. Cook till it's tender, then thicken with Corn Starch or Flour. Simple but really great tasting.
