What do you pay? What is fair?

Ok, my brother and I had our hunting rights leased out from under us again! After countless hours spent scouting and prepping for the season, some guys with fat wallets managed to evict us. Man, took a couple years to learn the property, we had everything just right finally. I'm tired of playing games, and ready to look at a long term lease option. But what's a fair price? It seems that land owners are becoming greedy, and hunters are becoming desperate. Which is driving prices through the roof! So what would be considered a fair price per acre? What do you pay?

Anyone with REASONABLY priced land available in or near the thumb, feel free to PM me...

I don't know about Michigan but 10 to15 per acre is common in Alabama.

Washtenaw county went for $2000 for a 40 with 12 acres of woods in 1998. A buddy leases 500 in Indiana for $5000. Shop. other land owners. I dunno...
