Smile Are these Chanterelles?

I found these in our woods yesterday, they're very orange and pretty.
Our neighbors are having hundreds of acres treed and I went to see the damage, on the way I found these safe in our woods!

They look like pics I've seen of chants, but then again I have never had chants before. Maybe I should cut them and try to identify further? Thanks!

Hmmm....here a some more.
I was hoping for some yummy chants!
If it is a jack-o-lantern, aren't they supposed to be bioluminescent? I would love to go out in the woods at night and see that, I'll have to try it!

Re: Are these Chanterelles?

Thanks for all the help, guys! I certainly don't want to power puke.
I've rented a bunch of movies and power watched, I like to power walk, but power puking sounds horrid! lol No, I know it's no joke, and I'm very glad I asked before trying them! I'm really thankful you guys could give me such a quick answer.

hardwaterfan, our bees are mostly a hobby but we do sell our honey when the bees make enough for us. Our avatar is a pic of last year's comb honey chunks. We're still waiting on our bees for a couple weeks, but I don't think we'll have as much honey this year as last, unfortunately. The spring was perfect then the dry weather came and the bees ate most of the honey they had made before we could grab it from them. But finally tonight we have some rain!
