more Chaga ?????

http://i293.photobucket.com/albums/m...d/P5051226.jpg
I'm pretty sure I've found Chaga. How much of this is actually useful ?? seems there is alot of hard stuff. Is it only the yellowish parts that are good?? I found 11 birch trees with this today most was out of reach, I had to use a looong branch to knock these ones off. Does this need to be cleaned up ASAP or can it dry out before I clean it ?? Thanks Matt
PS man this stuff is heavy, Felt like I was carrying cinder blocks around the woods !!!!!! LOL
